Get in touch with us. Fill out out contact form or drop us an email and we will set up some time to meet. We can do this face-to-face or via a video call – whatever fits best!
On the call we will discuss EVERYTHING. Dates, dream venues, budgets, entertainment, food…. you name it, we’ll cover it. We want to know everything you want from your big day, and more!
GETTING STARTED
Once we’ve had the first call, and your 25% deposit has been paid, we can get the ball rolling. By this point you will have chosen your package and given us all the information need so we can get to work making things happen.
Run Up to the big day
The last few weeks running up to the big day can be very stressful. At this point, we don’t want you to have any worries. We’ll be keeping in regular contact with the venue, suppliers, entertainment and everyone else so you don’t have to. During this time we will also be preparing things like final attendee lists, schedules for the day and more.
On the day
The big day is here!
On the day we’ll be at the venue bright and early to ensure a smooth setup. We’ll be working directly with the venue so things are set up exactly as you imagined. We’ll take care of the scheudle, and making sure everything goes to plan. All you have to worry about is having the best day ever!
